The first session of CHC’s class “Losing Weight God’s Way” was a huge success with the class of eleven people losing a collective 167 pounds !!

The Church of the Holy Cross in Fayetteville will host a 13-week class, “Losing Weight God’s Way,” at the church on Tuesday evenings, beginning this coming Tuesday, Jan. 12.

The class will involve learning to practice Biblical eating habits and exercise and will be taught by Dr. Judy Massey.

Cost is $25 for materials including workbook and a DVD. Registration is required and space is limited.
